Track Coach: Girls, next week we need to sit down and have a conversation about nutrition since you are still growing and working out a lot with track. I want to make sure that you are eating the right amount of calories and not eating too little. You need to make sure that you are eating enough calories to be healthy.

Just watched Demi Lovato’s “Stay Strong” documentary.
My friends and I were tearing up during most of it.
Demi is such a beautiful and inspirational woman, and I hope I can be as strong as her someday. I may not love myself most of the time and I may not be good to my body all the time, but maybe someday I can learn to love myself and take care of my body the way I’m supposed to.
